Cooking Method ( for 5 persons only)

Marinate 1 kg of meat pieces with 1 tablespoon of garlic and ginger mouth. Add salt and marinate for 30 mins. Heat 5 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan. Add 4 tablespoons of chopped onion and 5 tablespoons of onion paste. Add salt, 4 curry leaves, thyme, parsley and 1 tablespoons (14gms) of STARDEG MEAT SPICE . Then add 2 cups of water and let scorch for 30 mins.Add 2 tomatoes cut into 8, 1 cup of fried onions, fried potatoes and let it simmer for 35 mins. on low heat until the water is reduced.Sprinkle with coriander, mint and chopped chillies. Warning , Please note the content of the spice bag is concentrated = 15 people so you can use it 3 times
