Cooking Method ( for 5 persons only)

Cook 1 kg of meat with 1 tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste before hand and add a pinch of salt. Set aside. NB: The tender flesh can be used raw. In a sauce pan, 3 put cups of water, 1 cup of fried onion, 1 cup of crushed onions, 1 yogurt, 1 tablespoon of ghee, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of ginger and paste, a pinch of jafran infuses in a cup of water, Coriander and mint chopped, 1 green chilli, 1 tablespoon (14 gms) of STARDEG spice for KALIA ,2 tablespoon of milk powder, 1 teaspoons of honey. Add meat, fried potatoes and mix well. Bring on low heat for 15-20 mins, keep stirring occasionally. Warning, Please note the content of the spice bag is concentrated = 15 people so you can use it 3 times
