Cooking Methode for 6 chicken thigh (300gms each)

In a container mix chicken (1kg – other meat can be used.), 200 ml of water, a cup of crushed onion, a handful of fried onion, 2 tablespoons of milk powder, a cup of water,infuse jafran, salt, 2 tablespoons of honey, a coffee spoon of sunset yellow powder, 1 tablespoons of SPICE BRIANI STARDEG, coriander and chopped mint. Mix well, and add salt if missing. Pour a cup of vegetable oil over the mixture and 2 tablespoon of ghee, and then drop the fried potatoes. Pour the rice (1 kg) half cooked you have soaked 30 mins before hand. Cook over low heat. Warning, Please note the content of the spice bag is concentrated = 15 people so you can use it 3 times
